I had a bent wheel which would've been over $1K to replace. Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. I was worried about the longevity of the repair, but when I got my tires balanced by a different shop that same day, they had no notes. I took a 1500+ mile trip a week after that, and the wheel held up great!

Took a chance with these guys and they left my rims looking brand new. Scrapes and chips were gone entirely. Gustavo took great care of me and gave me a great price. Professional, and reliable service. Definitely would recommend. 10/10

Hit a pot hole on the bad roads of New Mexico. This place fixed it for me. Edit to my review- changed to 2 stars as I had to drive home on the wheel they fixed but they didn’t repair it completely. I went in to get new tires after driving the 1800 miles home and they didn’t repair the complete damage as the inside and outside lip were bent and they left me thinking it needed balancing still. The only thing they accomplished was keeping the air in. -Be honest with your customers if you can’t do a repair correctly.

I’m disappointed to say my experience was unprofessional, mainly due to poor communication and inappropriate customer service. At the start, the front desk employee, Bethany, was helpful while coordinating payment from Martin Tire. However, once payment was received, communication and updates largely stopped. I originally asked to see the completed work in person. Bethany suggested instead that she would have someone take photos for me, and we specifically agreed — word for word — that she would have pictures taken of the wheel wells once the work was completed. I agreed to this alternative. The vehicle was there for five days, which was more than enough time for that simple request to be handled, yet no updates or photos were sent during that time. On the day of pickup, I was still at work and again asked for the photos we had discussed. I was sent only two close-up photos of the face of one rim, even though work had been performed on all four wheels and specifically inside the wheel wells — the exact area we had agreed would be photographed. The photos provided did not reflect the scope of the work done. During a phone call (which I have recorded), Bethany’s attitude shifted

If you need your rims restored, Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is the place to go. Their work is exceptional, communication and service is great and the price is fair. I was sad how the rims looked on my new car after some scrape damage and you cannot even tell they were damaged!
